Service pending Car brought in for an annoying rattle and clunking sound in dash/steering column. Car was there for 6 days, but the problem not resolved. Looking out for our safety I brought our Outback in for airbag recall and tire rotation. The service department found that rear brake pads needed replacement, and they got that I brought our Outback in for airbag recall and tire rotation. The manager applied a courtesy discount that made the unexpected expense a little easier to take. Nice to have computer desk, wi-fi, television available in waiting room, along with snacks and coffee machine. More

I had an 8:00 am appointment and I had a computer software update per a recall letter performed as well as the 18K mile routine maintenance service.
