Informative, Quality and Efficient Service My brother-in-law who is meticulous in his research advised me to look at the Subaru product line for a new vehicle. I went on the web and was direct My brother-in-law who is meticulous in his research advised me to look at the Subaru product line for a new vehicle. I went on the web and was directed to Hawk Subaru and two other dealership in proximity to where I live. First Erica and then Michael Widuch contacted me. Michael spent nearly an hour on the phone discussing features and benefits of the various Subaru vehicles essentially in a fact finding interview. I indicated to salesman Michael that I wanted a safe and reliable vehicle for my wife and myself for future frequent trips and visits with my two daughters' families and three grandchildren. We scheduled an appointment for a test drive of a vehicle. Since I arrived a little early, I hung out with manager Chris Tsaliangos at the front desk asking various questions regarding the vehicles. After looking at the product line in the showroom, I requested to test drive an Ascent, the largest Subaru with capacity for 8 passengers. There was no need to test drive any other vehicle. Within one hour of entering the Hawk Subaru showroom, I was sitting at Michaels desk entering into a 39 month lease with manager Rocco Massarelli. Shaun Shore was instrumental in showing me how the coffee machine worked and completed the application and lease process in about 1/2 hour. The entire process was clear, informative and efficient. At the end of this lease, I plan to either purchase this same vehicle or alternatively enter into another 39 month lease for a new vehicle. Don More
