Staff was pleasant and my car was ready quickly. I only have one issue. Hawk Subaru sends me coupons for MY SUBARU for a $64.95 synthetic oil change. When I go to pay my bill, I’m told that the coupon is have one issue. Hawk Subaru sends me coupons for MY SUBARU for a $64.95 synthetic oil change. When I go to pay my bill, I’m told that the coupon is for 5 quarts of oil and my Outback takes almost 6 quarts of oil. If the dealer is sending me coupons and they know what vehicle I have, why don’t they send me appropriate coupons for my vehicle??? It ended up being $5 more plus tax. It’s the principle of the thing. More
