We got there late; were welcomed; and Tom Saieg was very patient with us as we struggled on our end with some documentation. He stayed way past the time he was to go home, to make sure we were happy with t patient with us as we struggled on our end with some documentation. It was a long drive home for us, late at night; and he texted to be sure we got home ok and reminded me that if I have any questions, just reach out to him. He went to extra effort to sync my phone so my husband (in different vehicle) and I could talk hands free on the way home. The Subaru Legacy is beautiful. It was a former loaner but well taken care of and suits me perfectly. The price was better than any within 100 or more miles. It was a good buying experience and I love the car. Shaun helped us sign all the paperwork; he offered a Subaru extra warranty but was not pushy. They did not add any unnecessary fees; only nominal fees for the title and sales tax work. They did the Indiana sales tax for me even though the dealership is in Illinois. It made it very convenient for us. Wish we were closer so we could have their service dept do the service on our Subarus. We definitely will keep them in mind in the future when we shop for new Subarus. The Eyesight on the Subarus is the best sensing technology in the industry and we do not plan to ever own an auto again that does not have Subaru Eyesight.
