Recall fix I had a recall done at a different Subaru and it was not done correctly so I came to Joliet Subaru to get it looked at again. They were great! They made the crap situation better to deal with. They took care of everything and I just basically had to show up when my car was done. This was the best experience I have ever gotten at a dealership.. I called Kayla on Friday 7/3 and told her exactly what I wanted the Subaru Legacy Sport and she had it delivered the next day. Tom Saieg and I got down to the basics, what I thought I could afford comfortably, and which kind of vehicle would best suit my needs. The procedure was cordial, timely and productive. Further any questionable items (trade in value, prep concerns, etc) were accommodated to our mutual satisfaction by Chris Tsaliangos so we had a handshake "deal". I came in very short while later to have Shaun present a very reasonable extended warranty.and draft the final all inclusive paperwork. Overall, this was the most cordial and rewarding car buying experience I've had. And as a senior citizen, I've been thru the process quite a few times More
