Wow. I left extremely happy with our new Subaru Forrester 2020. We were very nervous about coming in making a decision but Brittany blew us away with how comfortable she made us feel and knowledge of the car 2020. Polite, timely,not pushy I was disappointed that staff weren’t wearing masks. My service guy put one on when he saw mine. No one else had one on. Oil Change New facility is great. Personnel are quick to assist you and prices are not too high but statistically, you do pay a little more at a dealership, but New facility is great. Personnel are quick to assist you and prices are not too high but statistically, you do pay a little more at a dealership, but they provide such great service I do not mind it. My only issue was that nobody was wearing masks. I had a mask on when I arrived and assumed others would put them on at least when customers were in the area, but I did not see that. The gentleman who was assisting me even mentioned about precautions they were taking regarding COVID-19 and I know the guidance on masks has been a topic of debate even within the scientific community but with everything opening back up and cases spiking as a result, you would think personnel dealing with customers from quite literally anywhere would also be wearing masks too. More
