Another thing, the video from the young man that actually serviced my Forester was amazing and well explained. Soon I will retire and because of Ms. Miller my next purchased Forester will be because of her. I wish she were available to be my sale's person also. My wife and I have much trust in her opinion. I am an old school believer that when a customer walks in staff should speak. My previous vehicle was a 1986 Volvo 240GL with 320k miles, it began to have issues, so we went to Volvo of Lyles to pay cash for a new Volvo. No one in sales spoke. Another thing when My service Rep had a question, she would not xxxxxxxx us but would ask her manager who always had a straight up and honest answer for us. More
