Sales persons like him are a blessing to the dealership. The dealership itself is very basic and given that you are selling $55000 cars it is quite a luxury and there needs to be work on the experience and quality of the infrastructure. Example car delivery is in the same lane as service, walking through the service floor. The experience needs to be much much improved. BUT QUINTON ROSE WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS!!
