1st oil change today in our 23 FW. Service advisers were great and speedy techs getting it done. Saw our sales person Andes, wonderful guy, offered us a vehicle to use while we waited, Service advisers were great and speedy techs getting it done. We definitely did not think highly of Chris who is a manager and who had been driving the car we bought. The car was definitely out of alignment which we recognized immediately but was very surprised t manager and who had been driving the car we bought. The car was definitely out of alignment which we recognized immediately but was very surprised that a "manager" would not have recognized it and had it repaired ahead of a purchase. Chris does definitely not rate highly. Also the car was dirty - had splashes of something very sticky on the mirrors and inside of doors and scratches from fingernails so we are disappointed there. We will never buy another Subaru which was previously driven by such a manager, as it was sold as "new". Chris did not appear to care for the car and did not make sure it was in a "new" condition for a sale. We are disappointed with him. The service department was responsive in getting the car aligned although the steering wheel is still not aligned correctly so we will mention that on our next visit. Jeff in the Service Department was very pleasant and willing to serve. Hawk Subaru does seem friendly. Certainly, the one that receives very high marks is the salesman, Joshua Lewis, who assisted us in a purchase and continues to have personal interest in us and is being very willing to solve any concerns. He should be recognized for his outstanding service. More
