I was taken back by the fact this dealer does not accept other kia dealer coupons. I have gone to Orland Park Kia and they have accepted this dealer coupons. The killing fact is when i said to the service w other kia dealer coupons. I have gone to Orland Park Kia and they have accepted this dealer coupons. The killing fact is when i said to the service writer this fact she basucally said well do you want to cancel your appointment and go to Orland. Their service staff is very welcoming and they honor the time that you scheduled your car for service. Unless there is a major issue, you are in and out in less than 90 mins. Service Advisors are nice. But I don't know what goes on with the techs. On average, it's taken them 4-6 hours to do an oil change and every other visit a tire rotation.
