Up-side-down in my Chevy Avalanche, I had been to a few dealerships to see if they would work with me...needless to say no one was willing to take a look at my situation. Then my friend and co-worker recom dealerships to see if they would work with me...needless to say no one was willing to take a look at my situation. Then my friend and co-worker recommened me to Ralph at Hayes Chevrolet. Meeting Ralph for the first time was a breath of fresh air. He was welcoming! He sat down with me, listened to me, and most imporatantly 'shot me straight'. Although my first trip to see Ralph did not turn out like I wanted, my 2nd trip (mind you that I had to drive an hour and 20 minutes to get there) got me my new 2011 Chevy Malibu!!! I am extremely happy with the friendly customer service I received not only from Ralph but from Mr. Mike Smith as well. When the first time I was not able to leave with a new vehicle, it was disheartening. However 2 months later when I was ready again, Mike went through 3 days of non-stop paperwork, emails, and searching for the exact car I wanted. Within 4 days, start to finsih, Mike found the car I wanted and the financing I needed to make the deal! No pressure sales - I found the car on the web, called Carl to look at it, was able to look at every inch of the car, he even placed it on the rack so I could get my fat butt under it to see.
