Terrible service waited over 5 hours for the service manager to tell me nothing as to why my engine light came on showing nox sensor but instead he tried to sell me on other service work like replacing manager to tell me nothing as to why my engine light came on showing nox sensor but instead he tried to sell me on other service work like replacing rear fuel filter. Purchased junk Jeep diesel from Hayes and service began to degrade my vehicle by saying oh we looked your vehicle up it came out of Miami and it had all king of work done such as a rear differential replacement. I told him well Hayes sold me this piece of junk. My vehicle engine light came on over 3 times in six months all showing nox sensor. This dealership along with oakwood I’ll never visit again!!!! More
