They received me very well with little pressure. In fact, they steered me to a car that was even better... Mpg and warranty! I was not sure but then we drove it around and made a deal. I met Larry White - sales, and the experience was easy, simple and done in a few hours. Here I am 4 years later and needed a vehicle that allowed more capacity and only Hayes came to mind. THe experience was great. All questions was answered and the trucks i was looking at online. Mr. White said he coul get brought up to dealership or i could go to where they was.
