I bought my Dodge Challenger New in 2019. From delivery and pickup I have had nothing but positive treatment from all I’ve come in contact with. Pleasant and Professional staff is the norm. I drive my Challenger everyday. It gets 16-17 mpg and considering how I enjoy it as much as I do it gets better mpg then you would expect. Likely be better mpg if I did not love the sound of that HEMI so much. Hayes Dodge service department makes this possible and I will continue to use Hayes Dodge of Baldwin for a long time coming. I credit the excellent maintenance Department for 87k miles of trouble free driving. More

We had a terrible service experience with this Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baldwin dealership. I sent my daughter there with a Durango R/T for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They found a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baldwin dealership. I sent my daughter there with a Durango R/T for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They found a nail in the right front tire, took the tire off the rim, patched the hole and remounted it. Problem is that the SUV shook badly immediately after the service. Receipt claims they did a tire balance. But, they admitted to my daughter that they didn't think it needed one after remounting the tire. What??!! Uhh.... YES they do. Then, they told my daughter that she didn't request a rebalance, and then asked that she pay $145 to balance the tire after showing it as completed on the earlier receipt. Are you kidding me? My 20 yr old daughter is actually a car buff and loves Hemi engines. Don't insult her intelligence by telling her that tires don't need to be rebalanced after mounting on a rim. Do you get away with treating women like this a lot up there at Hayes? Bottom line: I'll never do any sort of service work, or look at new cars at this dealership. She waited 3 hours+ for a simple oil change and an unbalanced tire. Then had to make a return trip to educate a simpleton. No thank you! More
