Service Dept. Dropped the ball then Lied about work done. So we scheduled a service for our Dodge Van because it was making some strange rattling noises and was under warranty. After 4 Business days they still had not even looked at the vehicle. After many calls they finally said they replaced the rear shocks and we were ready to go. This was day 8 and they knew we needed the car back to go on vacation. Well, after picking up the car the noise was still there. But believing they did the work they said they did we went on our trip. The noise got worse and we decided to go to a different dealership. Low and behold the Shocks were never replaced. HAYES not only lied to us, but put my family at risk. After speaking with the service manager we cannot express it enough how dishonest and unprofessional their service dept. is. Stay away! I wonder if they billed Corp Dodge for the warranty work they never did? More

Will never use their service department again After three visits I found the service reps to be near useless, they would rather talk to each other than the customer. They diagnosed our 2012 Duran After three visits I found the service reps to be near useless, they would rather talk to each other than the customer. They diagnosed our 2012 Durango to need spark plugs and one coil pack. Several hundred dollars and three days later the light is back on. Took it to another Dodge dealer (Hayes in Lawrenceville) and found it was a valve that was not sealing and it was an issue Dodge knew about and have an extended warranty to replace the head, even though it has 142,000 miles. Other Dodge dealer fixed it at no cost to me. More
