Onle problem was technician scratched hood with belt buckle while under the hood. Fortunately I buffed the scratched out. They need to be more careful.

After three visits I found the service reps to be near useless, they would rather talk to each other than the customer.
They diagnosed our 2012 Durango to need spark plugs and one coil pack. Several hundred dollars and three days later the light is back on. Took it to another Dodge dealer (Hayes in Lawrenceville) and found it was a valve that was not sealing and it was an issue Dodge knew about and have an extended warranty to replace the head, even though it has 142,000 miles. Other Dodge dealer fixed it at no cost to me.
