My Chrysler 300C was stuck in Park. I called Hayes and spoke with gentleman in the Service dept. and asked for advice. Instead of simply telling me to bring the car in, he gave me advice on things I coul spoke with gentleman in the Service dept. and asked for advice. None of it worked, so I called back and asked if I could have the car towed there. I asked if they had a local tower, which they did. The tow truck arrived promptly. I was pleased to see that it was flatbed type since the car was stuck in gear. When I arrived at Hayes they were expecting me. It was late in the day so I had to leave the car but I was told that I would receive a call the next morning with the diagnosis. As I was waiting I looked in the garage area and was surprised at how huge it was, and how CLEAN! I felt so assured by the way I was treated before and after I dropped the car off that I decided to have my regular maintenance done there at the same time. I was pleased when I actually received the call the next morning. I had a rental car and was further pleased to find out that the same company had a location right at Hayes. I had requested that the old part be saved so that I could examine it. Sure enough, it was in a box inside the car. I've had to almost pry old parts out of other dealers! At Hayes, it was no big deal. I will definitely go there again. That may sound routine, but please realize that I live approximately 50 miles away! I work nearby but have had all my repairs and maintenance closer to home. I like Hayes so much that I will be going there regardless of the distance. More

It seemed like with many of them their "internet price" was too good to be true and no o time online looking at a lot of different dealers' websites. It seemed like with many of them their "internet price" was too good to be true and no one could ever buy the vehicle for the price on their website. One dealership's internet price included both an active service military discount and a retired military discount- not possible to be both! Hayes offered clear and concise on line pricing. Dave, the salesperson I dealt with was professional and always quick to respond and/or follow up as needed. I have now purchased two vehicles from him and the dealership and would recommend to anyone and/or purchase from them again. More

At that time we were greeted by Dave and the truck was pulled up and ready to go. My Wife loved Dave and the truck and it was a done deal from there. I thought it was very nice of Dave to bring the manager Dusty over to speak with us during the down time of the paper work. Everyone says that buy a car is hard but i have to say this was the easiest and best buying process ever. Start to finish we were in and out in less than two hours with a great truck and great service. More
