He was a pleasure to work with, and an asset to the Hayes company. If he didn't have the answer, he found the person that did. He even tracked down one of the service techs when I had questions about what I saw on the carfax report, so it could be explained to me. He really cared to get all my questions answered. If the finance manager had come down another $500, I'd have said it was an excellent experience. If I buy another DCJR, I'll most likely be a repeat customer.
