Service department I went to the dealership to install my own new tires and a wheel alignment dealer charge me $112 dolars just for installation and balance waiting time I went to the dealership to install my own new tires and a wheel alignment dealer charge me $112 dolars just for installation and balance waiting time about 4hours even though I did the appointment very poor service the only thing the guy said this is Hazleton honda. Did not belive that BMW provided better service and better price. Wyoming valley BMW installed and balance my tires for only $70. I wouldn't recommend do your service i this dealership.however the salesperson was really good and very reasonable when i bought the car. More

Thanks to Willie, Great Experience! I met Willie this past Tuesday to drive a Honda CRV and drove it out of the lot as my own on Wednesday! Unprofessional sales manager, terrible experience We went to Hazleton Honda on a Friday night. Allison was friendly but did not seem to be all that knowledgable about the Honda Civic. We test drove We went to Hazleton Honda on a Friday night. Allison was friendly but did not seem to be all that knowledgable about the Honda Civic. We test drove it and worked out the deal with Allison and Phil (Sales Manager). We were told 0.9% interest. Initially, Phil pushed for us to return on Monday but we were not able to. He said that they were booked full w/ deliveries on Saturday and could not fit us in. When he realized we could not do Monday - he checked his schedule-in front of us and low and behold - they only had 3 deliveries scheduled! We agreed to return at 4pm the next day. Allison told us that she would take care of notifying the insurance company and getting the paperwork. Saturday at 11am, Allison and I texted back and forth. At 2:40pm - she texted that there was a problem w/ the insurance b/c the agent was closed. She said that the customer service line needed my verification and could I call. I agreed to call and the "issue" was taken care of by 3:15. We arrived at 4pm and were told that they could not accept the temporary insurance cards b/c they were only good for 5 days and they wanted them to say 30 days. Additionally, they said that they wanted paperwork w/ the lienholder and car listed. I spoke to the insurance customer service rep and so did Allison and Phil. At 5pm, Phil decides to tell us that we are not leaving w/ the car b/c they are not going to accept the language that my insurance company used. Phil then decided to question "what kind of insurance company is this", "how long have you been with them?" (Erie Insurance, 20+yrs, thank you!) and then he tells me that it is not his fault this happened. He said that it was my fault and my responsibility to notify the insurance company! I told him that I specifically asked Allison last night and she said she'd "take care of it" Allison did confirm this!! We left very unhappy. No one called us from HH until almost 3:00pm on Monday! My husband tried to speak to Phil however he spoke over him and was overall - rude! Unfortinately, no other dealership could get near their price so we agreed to go back on Tuesday at 7pm. We arrived at 6:50 and waited for finance until 7:55pm!!!! We start off with the paperwork and shocker---the deny agreeing to the 0.9% interest and say that they can only do 1.9%!! Additionally, one of the first forms they asked us to sign was that they legally were responsible for taking care of the insurance!!! Such a horrible experience! We've purchased multiple cars from the Toyota and Subaru dealerships and never had such a poor experience! Oh- to top it off - we found out that Allison was fired! That clown, Phil should be the one out the door. He is a liar! More

Great experience We were just in "search" mode when we stopped in. Willie greeted us quickly and we felt very comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable about each car and the purchase/leasing process. We were put into the car we liked for a price we could afford. The dealership is brand new and very modern. We were offered coffee or water multiple times. All the salesmen dress very professionally. The whole feel of the entire Hazleton Automall is unique for this area. We have dealt with the service dept. at the Hyundai dealer there. The service department was so fair and the prices were very reasonable. Everything is clean. We assume the Honda service is at least equal if not better. The after the sale "package" is great too. So much free extras from car washes to basic maintenance. Stop by, pull inside, and wait in a very comfortable waiting room, or get a free loaner or shuttle. It was very busy, it was a Saturday, so we were there a bit longer than expected. Instead of trying to "get us in the car today", we would've been just as happy to pick it up a few days later and not wait at the dealership. All in all a great experience and would recommend Willie and the dealership. More
