WORST Dealership Experience in My ENTIRE Life! I traded in a vehicle when I made my recent purchase from Headquarter Hyundai. After the sale, I was given the run around by Mark in their finance dep I traded in a vehicle when I made my recent purchase from Headquarter Hyundai. After the sale, I was given the run around by Mark in their finance department--FOR WEEKS--while they were selling my old car, but not paying off my old lien. Then he told me they hadn't paid the lien yet, because my new financing company sent the check to the wrong dealership. I went to my financing company's local branch to speak with someone regarding the check. The branch manager pulled up a copy of the check and showed me that it was made out to Headquarter Hyundai and it showed the correct mailing address. He also showed me tracking that proved the check was at their dealership for TWO weeks while I was still paying the per Diem rate on my old car. Mark will not return my calls. I purchased my vehicle from Richard at Headquarter Hyundai. He specifically told me that Headquarter Hyundai's "3 years of free oil changes", was for synthetic oil. Then, I was told by G. Montero in their service department, "The new oil is so good, that we replace it at 5,000 miles and do not use synthetic." Since Richard did not put "special circumstances" on the sales slip, I cannot get synthetic oil from this dealership. Richard will not return my calls. More
