Thank you for bringing your concerns to us here at Headquarter Hyundai. I understand you are upset with the dealership. I just wanted to point something out. We offer every customer who purchases a vehicle from us 3 years of Oil and filter changes, that is true. We offer them every 6 months or 5000 miles, what ever happens to come first. We do not offer synthetic oil as part of this program. Hyundai vehicles do not require synthetic oil. A customer can choose to put synthetic oil in their vehicle but again Hyundai vehicles do not require it. Anyone can look up their own Maintenance schedule with Hyundai at https://www.hyundaiusa.com/maintenance-schedule/ Most Hyundai's today require you to replace your engine oil and filter at 7500 miles or 12 months. So your statement about changing the oil at 5000 miles will void your warranty is incorrect. Again I understand you are upset about your vehicle purchase this past January, and some of the information you have heard might have been incorrect and that added to your anger. Horrible Experience responded

You stated, "If you take a moment to go over some of the reviews in the almost 4 years we have been open, you would see the vast majority of our customers have had a positive experience with us." Your statement MAY be true, however, I will not find solace in another customer's experience or reviews. Another person's experience or reviews do not rectify the horrible lies your employees told me, or the extra money and time it cost me. If your customer experience was important to you, and you WANTED to exceed my expectations, you would have address my concerns during the weeks I contacted your dealership over and over again. Or, you would give me the synthetic oil changes like the salesperson promised--not regular oil every 5,000 miles. Or, you would refund me the per diam rate I paid for weeks on my previous vehicle, because your finance team screwed up and then blatantly lied to me. Contacting me ONE time to try and make me change my review without any consideration is a sham. It further proves that your once again lying and also trying to hide the truth from any potential customers. I hope that you do use my experience as a training tool, so that none of your past/present/future customers will ever become a victim of the horrible experience I was subjected to.
