Finance Melt Down Sales rep Richard did an excellent job but the time it took to get into finance department was not acceptable AND the fellow in finance was marginal. Sales rep Richard did an excellent job but the time it took to get into finance department was not acceptable AND the fellow in finance was marginal. Nice guy but a bit sloppy with paperwork and tried to hard to "be the numbers guy". I am an accountant so was not impressed that this was obviously a salesman promoted to the finance department. Great car, great dealership and great service We knew what we were looking for in a car. But Johanna listened to us and immediately starting showing us cars that met our requirements. No high pres We knew what we were looking for in a car. But Johanna listened to us and immediately starting showing us cars that met our requirements. No high pressure sales - just attentive. Looking thru the extensive dealership inventory she found some vehicle that were close to what we were looking for. So, we went home and thought about it overnight. We came back the next day and decided that we liked what we saw! In our case, it was the panoramic sunroof that was the closer. We felt like we were dealing with friends and not a big car dealership.
