I signed an agreement for $26,000 but that paper soon disappeared .The final number was a total shock. The final contract was never discussed. The papers were signed all at once ,the unimportant ones explained ,the final number never mentioned. The number of $32,000 not a word. The extra is just more profit. We paid about $2,800 more .I am not telling you anything you don't already know .Its your M.O. More
