Mr. Ackerman, This is a situation were there is no perfect solution. I can understand why you are upset and we tried to come up with a resolution that everyone would be ok with. Unfortunately we were unable to agree to terms. I will not go into details of your interactions with us. I can say the we made a mistake on the price we quoted you on the 14th of December. The incentives had changed from the first time you were here in November and we did not catch the mistake until you were here at the dealership. We were upfront about it and tried to come to a reasonable solution. You acknowledge the price the salesman quote was a mistake and you acknowledge both the General Sales Manager and General Manager reached out to try to come to a resolution that was agreeable to both parties. I'm not sure how that equates to trying to pull a fast one or being dishonest. It sounds like we stepped up and tried to make the best of a bad situation. I hope you can take solace in the fact that we have put steps into place to prevent something like this happening again. We are always trying to improve and reviews like this help us refocus on our customers and creating an exceptional customer experience. Thank you
