After seeing a few Honda's and Jeep's and other brands, he settled on the Hyundai Sonata. But he liked the 2014 model better than the new 2015 one. Not many 2014 cars were available and the color he wanted were almost sold everywhere in Central Florida. Obviously we were very happy when we called Headquarter Hyundai and found out that they could get us one for the same price at no additional cost. When they learned that my son would like to drive it to college the following day, they made a great effort to get the car in time, tinted the windows at our request even before we made our commitment, and serviced it to make it ready for us. When we got there, we were greeted by Byron. Throughout the entire process he was extremely helpful and very nice to work with. He kept us updated with the info about the car. My wife was very picky. She inspected the car very carefully and found a few tiny spots (I knew they were just dirt). Byron took it seriously. He cleaned them up one by one himself under the sun in a hottest late August afternoon (felt like 110+F), to make the car look flawless. It was indeed flawless, inside out, with only 80 miles on it (some other dealership we spoke with tried to sell us a 'new' car with 800 miles). We completed the purchase, with no additional, hidden costs. Everything was as promised. We also picked up some financial advice from Joel, the manager there who was very classy and earned a lot of respect from us. All in all, it was our greatest car-shopping experience and we hope to buy our next car from Headquarter soon! More

My experience with Headquarter Hyundai reinstated my belief that a car dealer could be honest and fair. We knew the vehicle that we wanted and started our search on the internet. Our internet sales guide Jason Esteves was very helpful and also refreshingly honest. We asked a lot of tough questions and receive the truth each time. Not sugar coated answers but fair and honest responses. It was because of Jason’s candor that we drove 150 miles to lease our new Hyundai from Headquarter Hyundai. Once at the Dealership we were introduced to Chad Lobeck our “official” sales person. I was not real comfortable with this since I trusted Jason and was not sure what was happening. It turns out that everyone has their specialty Headquarter Hyundai and Chad was assigned to show us our vehicle and explain its features. This man was a walking Hyundai encyclopedia! I can’t remember when I ever received such a comprehensive explication of the vehicles features. Finally we were in the finance office to go over the paperwork. The price had been established via the internet and Headquarters Hyundai’s man Vincent Abbott made the process as painless as he could. He even helped craft some special coverage for us to enhance our lease. It’s been three weeks and our Hyundai Elantra has performed flawlessly. It was such a pleasant and supportive environment that we purchased two automobiles at the same time, a 2014 Hyundai Tucson and a 2012 Hyundai Elantra limited. The staff at Headquarter Hyundai pay attention to what is important to you as a customer and they help you select a fit for your driving comfort and budget. Even if your desired automobile is not in their inventory, they will find it for you. This dealership is first class in every way. Our first visit to this facility was one year ago when we were just causally shopping because we did not know very much about the brand, and had been long time jeep owners. His knowledge of the products, ability to explain technical issues in laymen's terms so I was able to understand the first time and his extremely friendly and "customer comes first" attitude was in a word comforting. The back story is that I called the service department at Headquarter Hyundai to ask some questions about a 2011 Tucson that I was about to purchase for my daughter. It was still under the manufacturers warranty so I decided to contact the dealer to try and gain some information on its history. Chris Sweet answered the phone and immediately began to ask me the vin so he could look up the vehicle history. His whole demeanor was pleasant and as I stated in the beginning, calming to a very stressful situation. I had my daughter on one side and the salesman on the other trying to get me to sign the deal. You can get an idea of the ordeal I was in. Chris understood my predicament from the beginning so he went into action. In the end he assured of coverage I had if I were to run into any issues. He also help me seal the deal on the purchase because if I hadn't spoken with Chris I might not have made the purchase. I just picked my car up from the service department. What a great experience. Chris checked the car out from head to toe. Multi point inspections, recalls and some other issues I wanted him to look into. I had his whole team on the job!
