I was greeted with a smiling face before a word came out of Chris Sweet's mouth. Chris introduced himself to me and assessed my vehicle. Chris let me know that besides my oil change, the service dept. would also take care of a recall notice for my car. I let him know that I was concerned about the amount of time that would be needed in order to complete the recall repair. I mentioned to Chris that I was expecting an A/C repairman at my home and that I really needed to do the recall at another visit. Chris assured me that the recall repair would not take very much time over and above the oil change. Within about a half an hour, Chris came to tell me my car was ready. He said that he was able to move it up in the the schedule. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in getting me back on the road in time to get back to my home to meet the A/C repairman. Chris made my stress level go down. I made it back to my house just in time. So life is good! More
Daniel Alvarado is a new employee, friendly and outgoing. KiKi Sanchez was very outgoing and professional and assisted Daniel in the sales process along the way as he is still learning. Both are very fine employees and value their customers both before and after the sale. The automobile really sold itself. The 2013 Elantra has a ton of quality features. It rides every bit as smooth as the 2004 BMW 330I that I traded in. I bought an OEM engine blanket and an OEM compact spare tire kit right after purchasing the car. Daniel and KiKi are fine representatives of a new dealership striving to carry on from the old dealership that folded when the owner passed away. With Daniel and Kiki at the helm of the sales end and Chris Sweet at the Service Center, this dealership is well on its way to carving its niche in the auto sales arena. Hyundai does the rest! My family now has a 2012 Santa Fe and a 2013 Elantra and we love both of these vehicles. We will continue to go to Headquarter Hyundai in the future for ongoing service and sales. I have been looking for an automobile for the past 6 months, either the price or the service I have received have kept me from purchasing a car. Then I came upon Headquarter Hyundai online and began to months, either the price or the service I have received have kept me from purchasing a car. Then I came upon Headquarter Hyundai online and began to look at the Elantra GT. I saw that they have the lowest prices in a 30mile radius, so I wanted to give them a try and I am so happy that I did. When we arrived to the dealership I was greated as soon as I began to look at the Elantras. I was greated by Robert Duran, and from there on it was the absolute best experience I have ever had shopping for a car. From start to finish Robert was professional and friendly, he was very knowledgeable of all the features and mechanics of the Elantra GT. After looking over what they had to offer on the lot we went inside and Robert began to explain to me what discounts and incentives they were offering at the time. He made the explanations simple and easy to understand, and from that point on he worked harder than any other salesman I have ever met. He made you feel at ease as he worked out all of the details and got us the best price, the best finance, and even free window tenting. When my wife decides to get a new car we will go straight back to Headquarter Hyundai, find Robert Duran and not have to worry about any drama in the car buying process. Captain Dave was really great to work with in showing me the line of Hyundai Santa Fe. I didn't know which one I wanted, so he showed me each and explained the differences and I took a test drive. The excellent service started with a phone call. Walter is who I dealt with over the phone. When I arrived Ryan K showed me my options for a car and stood back while I made my decision. The one I wanted was not in my price range so they put it in my price range. The process was very pleasant and they made sure I left with a full tank of gas and not an empty bank account. They are amazing and I will definitely visit this dealership if I decide to purchase again in the future. Thanks guys, you really do work hard to put customers over commission and it shows. :) More
I have been driving my 1996 Toyota Corolla since I bought her in 1998. I reluctantly realized that it was time to replace her with a newer car, and I presumed I would buy another Toyota. However, after seeing the 2012 Hyundai Accent, I fell in love with the new body style, great warranty, and reputation this car has. I had already test-driven a 2012 Accent GLS at another Dealership, and was given their rock-bottom price, which I thought was an excellent deal. However, I happened to see an almost identical 2012 Accent GLS online at Headquarter Hyundai –Color, Body style, Options, etc. Yet, the Accent at HQ Hyundai had much lower mileage, was Certified Pre-Owned and had tinted windows, which the other Accent did not offer. My Sales Professional, Robert Duran, was so courteous and extremely helpful. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, and negotiated the very best price. I drove away with an Accent GLS that was practically brand new – fully serviced, and freshly washed and detailed. The best part is, although I paid slightly more for this Accent than I would have paid at the other Dealership, I received a far superior vehicle at HQ Hyundai for the money. I can’t thank Robert Duran (and his colleagues) enough for his assistance and effort in delivering the best deal and customer service I could have asked for !! This was definitely a 5-Star experience !! More
