James was a great service department manager. He met all my needs to my 2025 Nissan Altima. I love someone like that. I give him a 100% plus for that!!! I love a person with persistence, caring, integrity, ability, compassion, and, trust for their customers all in the one!!! I enjoyed my experience with him and hope to have the pleasure with many more years with him also!! He is a great person and lets you know what is going on with your car and sees about you too!! The overall dealership is ok, I felt the price could have been negotiated but they did not process super easy with my questions and concerns in mind.
