PLEASE READ! ! PLEASE READ!! I am having to change my review. When I bought the vehicle it was a smooth process and was pleasant. But since then Nissan Headquarte ! PLEASE READ!! I am having to change my review. When I bought the vehicle it was a smooth process and was pleasant. But since then Nissan Headquarters has been a nightmare to deal with. Every time I go in for an oil change they always try and charge me for it even with all the warranties I purchased. It is a battle every time I go in there. Nobody will sit down explain to me what warranties I have, they are very dismissive. About a month ago I called Nissan customer service and they sent me the Warranty that was purchased. Well, I had a rock thrown at my windshield today and the chip is small. I remember ready on the warranty about windshield chips and when I called Nissan Headquarters to verify and see how to go about getting this fixed they were not wanting to help me or do any research when I purchased the vehicle to see my warranty and I was told to file on my insurance. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They only care about the commission on the purchase of the vehicle, not customer service afterwards. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE. I am seriously considering trading my vehicle to not have to deal with them ever again. I should of bought a Toyota. They have no idea what they are selling you once you sign those papers they could care less about you! PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM HERE! More

I was in a predicament and needed a car, Chris worked very hard with me and got the car I was looking for. I never felt pressured and he was willing to help in any way he could without making me feel ove very hard with me and got the car I was looking for. I never felt pressured and he was willing to help in any way he could without making me feel overwhelmed. Thank you all for your help! I couldn’t be happier in my new 2024 Nissan Altima! This is my second one and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks again everyone! More
I have had a Pathfinder that had 72k miles and now an Armada that has 72K miles. Both cars were beautiful, I loved them. Both cars had a rear AC issue where they say the lines are corroded and it cost 4K Armada that has 72K miles. Both cars were beautiful, I loved them. Both cars had a rear AC issue where they say the lines are corroded and it cost 4K to fix even though I paid for extended warranty. The 2010 pathfinder also had an issue with the electrical box which was built (idiotically) above the exhaust, so when my exhaust blew it melted all the wires. Total loss . Now my 2018 armada, which I really loved, but now the radio/navigation screen malfunctions as well as the cruise control, light on the speedometer are out and of course the AC doesn't work. All in a 2018. I have older subarus that have lasted longer. Obviously Nissan has an issue with bad lines for the AC. Don't tell me either it's salt from the road. I have had many cars in my life and none have had corroded lines like my Pathfinder and Armada, it's something Nissan does cheaply and wrong. I am so sad. In my life I have had 2 pathfinders, 1 armada and a Nissan altima, sadly I will never buy another one and I worn you to not either. Brand new car with extended warranty and it would cost almost 10k to fix everything. They are cheap cars and scammers. More
We purchased a used Toyota Camry 2023 from Headquarters and we live in Tallahassee 3 hours away. Most of our dealing was over email and text with Bessie and she was on top of every issue and concern of ou and we live in Tallahassee 3 hours away. Most of our dealing was over email and text with Bessie and she was on top of every issue and concern of ours and eventually brought us a deal with a reduction in the price and financing below our credit union. It took some time, but all big purchases do. They were very warm and welcoming and had free popcorn. More
Very professional experience. This is my second purchase from them my first car was a 2015 Nissan Altima I drove it 8 yrs no problems .
