I went yesterday for a switch that had been recalled and scheduled an oil change and cabin air filter change while I was going to be there anyway. When they finished the work they parked my car in the parking lot after about 20 minutes of the car sitting my husband went and ask a guy about my car he said it was done but he was on the phone ordering parts for someone else so we were just having to sit for him to take time to let us know my car was ready. All of the times I have took my car for service I never had a problem but this time when they changed the cabin filter they dumped all of the debris on my mats and carpet. They normally put paper down to prevent this but I guess for some reason didn't . I had just vacuumed before I went and expected my car to be clean when they finished. It was not. I was very disappointed. I will not be taking it back for service again. More

I was very unhappy with the young lady that assisted me. She lectured me about why I didn’t bring my car in sooner. She wasn’t friendly at all . I explained to her that I bought my car in December and covid She lectured me about why I didn’t bring my car in sooner. She wasn’t friendly at all . I explained to her that I bought my car in December and covid happened in March. Still she said well we were open . I felt she wanted an explanation as to why I didn’t come in to bring my car to be serviced,,well by that time I was upset and thought I’d better leave. What she didn’t know that I am high risk and a cancer survivor so it would not have been very wise . This was not a good experience . Also I did ask her to check on why I hadn’t receive the genie butler card ….well she waited until I came back to pick up my vehicle to ask me did I still wanted her to check on that. I told her no . I’ll just chalk it up to she was having a bad day but sometimes I have bad days too but I would not like for customers to have a bad day because of my attitude . Thank You More
