Experience We went to the dealership late in the evening on a Saturday. He continued with the upbeat attitude working many different options until we were satisfied with the price and able to come out with the lifetime warranty. This is an excellent selling point for me as we drive many miles per year in our vehicle. Jim was with us the whole time. I even enjoyed the experience with the finance manager. He was quick and friendly. Though we were there late, they did not make us feel like we were an inconvenience. I have purchased about 7 cars in the past 12 years and this has been one of the smoothest transactions. Thanks for the experience!! More
