Service Department is a joke. Schedule an appointment and no one comes to give you up dates about your car. Called regarding my car being towed to the dealership due to engine overheating after this past hur no one comes to give you up dates about your car. I had to call to verify if the car made it to the dealership as I wasn’t about ride with the towing company. Lady on the phone was very rude names Karina. Then I called on Monday September 13th to follow up. Was advise my advisor was Damien who was more of NO HELP. Expressed that he spoke to me on Saturday September 11th when I first called about the issue and advise him I did not speak to. I proceed to ask for a follow up about my car which I think as a customer you shouldn’t have to call a location when it’s in their hand. I should have been receive calls from the dealership but that never happened. I will be looking to take my car to another location for service as this one doesn’t seem to care and always have such a nasty tone when speaking to about your concerns as if they didn’t know what they signed up for when the took on the job. I would never recommend this location at all. More
I started out using Carvana … BIG MISTAKE HUGE … total scam stay away!!! I used Healy in the past I don’t know what possessed me to trust Carvana .. after my bad experience I went on line to Healy to see scam stay away!!! I went in today I sat down with Chrissy sciascia and the process was quick accurate and she was so kind. Each and every department I dealt with today was exceptional .. Everything was explained before requesting signature and the icing on the cake was when my vehicle was ready they had a red carpet and a big red bow!!!! If you are looking for a vehicle , please trust me don’t get caught up with the New car dealership that you do online … go to a company you can trust!!!!!! Thank you again !!!! I appreciate everything you have done for me today !!!!! More
I bought a 2018 Acura MDX about three months ago and it was sold to me as a “Technology Package.” It turns out that it’s not. The oil wasn’t changed and the two back tires were not great but they refused t was sold to me as a “Technology Package.” It turns out that it’s not. The oil wasn’t changed and the two back tires were not great but they refused to change them. They sold me the car for one price and at the Finance Dept, it was $942.00 more. Mark Mcknight told me that since it was the salesman’s mistake(John), he would refund me a check for $942.00 within one to two days. It took about two weeks to get that check and it was $200.00 short! I received a temporary registration because the title wasn’t in yet but they told me it would take one to two weeks for it to arrive. It’s been almost three months and I know that things happen but they didn’t give me a call to keep me updated on my title. My registration has now been expired for four days and I’ve been getting blown off like I’m a nobody because they already got paid for the car. I call Mark McKnight, I call John and I can’t anyone to assist me. I would like to know if I get a summons for an expired registration, is Healey Kia in Newburgh, NY going to go to court and pay my summons. This is ridiculous and I’ve never had a car buying experience like this. This is such bad business and I am highly disappointed with this dealership. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealership. More

The best car buying experience ever! I purchased my 2020 KIA completely online from Healey Kia! What a wonderful experience it was. I am a previous Kia owner, from another dealership, m I purchased my 2020 KIA completely online from Healey Kia! What a wonderful experience it was. I am a previous Kia owner, from another dealership, my lease was up and I knew I wanted the same model, the Kia Sportage. I looked at Healey Kia’s website and found the perfect vehicle. I selected the vehicle I wanted, customized my payment filled in the next screen, submitted the form and they contacted me right away. I spoke to a vehicle specialist to go over what I wanted in my vehicle and to make sure it was the one for me. I knew I wanted to lease again so they directed me to the finance tab on their website. I completed the online finance application and the finance manager contacted me to work out the numbers. After we worked out the details they sent me the pricing and I sent them my credentials and they did all the paperwork. When they were finished they scheduled a time to bring the vehicle to me. My new Sportage was brought to my workplace. It was just as beautiful as the photos on their website. I signed all the paperwork, got a quick tour of the vehicle and I was finished. The easiest vehicle I ever purchased!!!! After the delivery person left my vehicle specialist called me to set up a time to do a face time call for a more in-depth review of the vehicle. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Healey Kia!!!! They made it so easy and there was no stress!!!! Thank you to my new KIA family!!!! More
Deceptive junk mail seems to promise a great prize by matching slot machine style symbols on a card. It’s all just to fool you into going into the dealership, where you will find that, in fact you have t matching slot machine style symbols on a card. It’s all just to fool you into going into the dealership, where you will find that, in fact you have to match a confirmation code to a board at the dealer. Fortunately my wife discovered the deception before we wasted our time going there by Googling “Money Carlo” and finding plenty of news articles and posts about people who described being had. Any business that would practice such shady advertising is not the be trusted. Also note that all the reviews on here are either 1-2 or 5 stars. The 5-star ones are obvious fakes. Stay away. More
Ran a hard credit check without my approval I was shopping around for the most affordable car since I have a long commute. I went in there with a budget and told them that. But they claimed they couldn’t meet my budget. Which was $400 for financing a car with some lease payments left over and zero down. Since they couldn’t make it I was going to leave. James Barrett the general manager comes over and it went quickly from a pleasant enough experience to frustrating. We talked in circles with me at some point asking him if he was trying to confuse me. During that conversation he said if you figure out what you want and give me a number (which I had done) I can go to the banks, I am bringing up that comment to point out that at this point there had not been a hard hit. I got so frustrated that I pointed out I was looking to feel good about my purchase like I had previously with my Hondas. He asked me why didn’t I go to Honda then? I had not gone to Honda because I thought it would be too expensive, but then thanks to his comment I thought about it and decided I should check it out. I went to Honda where I bought a car worth $3,000 more than the car they were offering me for the amount that I wanted monthly. But during my time there I learned that they had run a hard hit on my credit. At no point had I seen someone in fiancé or had agreed to purchase a car or indicated I was doing anything but shopping around. I had been to three other dealerships for this purchase and they hadn’t run my credit. After James Barrett’s behavior and finding this out I feel that this place is shady. Buyer especially female ones be wary. More
