Yesterday, I visited our local Toyota dealership for a service appointment to check the sliding doors on our 2022 van, which were making an unusual noise while closing. Since I have small children sitting in the back, I was concerned about safety. When I met our service advisor, Dan Gribble, he listened carefully and patiently to my concerns. He handled the situation very professionally and reassured me that the best first step was to diagnose the vehicle before deciding what to do next. After about two hours, the results came back and the technician confirmed that everything was normal. They also lubricated the sliding doors to help with the noise. I truly appreciated that Dan waived the diagnostic fee, which was very kind and thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience. Dan provided excellent customer service, showed genuine care, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Dan. More
Dealer failed to notiice my wipers included a non toyota blade and a value toyota blade and that the driver blade was hopping at the end of sweep. Said the sound was normal. Went to competitive dealer next blade and a value toyota blade and that the driver blade was hopping at the end of sweep. Said the sound was normal. Went to competitive dealer next day and they observed the above and said try oem blades. Tracked beautifully. Very low noise and no hopping. Heartland should probably review their protocol regarding wiper complaints. First time in 8 yrs i have been dissatisfied with this dealership. $79 for oem blades is too much but thats toyota not the dealer. More
