Teresa is beyond amazing to work with. Everything from her personality to her knowledge really made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. She for sure went above and beyond anything I would have expected from anyone in customer service. However, I do gotta say, I was really upset with the pressure from finance department. If I say no, and express I don't want my time xxxxing wasted by stupid add-ons after I've already agreed to a price, I expect that to be respected. I don't need some rando asking me about my personal finances or persistent badgering over my decision. I swear I was nearing my breaking point and was almost ready to walk out. Especially being a woman, and having to tell a man no multiple times, I was very uncomfortable and not happy at all during my time in his office. However, this was my second purchase at Heartland, and I am just as happy with my 4Runner as I was with my Tacoma (bought from Jordan Carson, it was great to see him there again and we'rereally excited to see he's doing well with the company). Both vehicles are looking so cute sitting in my driveway now. More
