My prior experience shopping for used cars was replete with examples of me feeling pressured to buy a vehicle that didn't meet my needs at a price I didn't think was fair. David Bryan quickly put me at ease and it wasn't long before he earned my respect. Demonstrating a deep knowledge of a wide range of topics, beyond though including automobiles, David spent time getting to know me and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He had the good fortune of working for Heartland Toyota, whose business philosophy includes selling high quality vehicles and ensuring customers are fully satisfied. I was shocked that I was looking at a used vehicle in great condition with brand new brakes installed by Heartland before being put on the lot for sale. This was a vehicle that could easily have been sold in the condition they received it in. Instead, it was given a full makeover and improved before customers could even look at it.
