We came in just checking out the 4RUNNER to make sure it was the vehicle we absolutely wanted. Stopped by to take a look at the 2021 Toyota Corolla's on President's Day, as there was a great deal online. It was pretty busy when we arrived, but Susan made sure that we had someone helping us out. DeS President's Day, as there was a great deal online. It was pretty busy when we arrived, but Susan made sure that we had someone helping us out. DeSean was our sales associate and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He showed us all the features thoroughly and took us on a lengthy test drive to ensure we had a good feel of the car. Most importantly, DeSean was not pushy at all and was focused on making sure we had the right car. We we went to talk numbers and Sarina was very helpful in explaining how the different Toyota specials worked together. Lastly, we went through finance and Justin was great to work with. He helped us make the best decision for financing to save the most money on our new car. I highly recommend Heartland Toyota for a great deal and a great experience. More

Just no, don't do that. Those two dealership processes made an otherwise above board transaction with a good team feel shady. If this is official policy whoever came up with it should rethink it. I would recommend Heartland Toyota but with the caveat to shop around first, and don't sign blank forms or forms you don't agree with, which should not even need to be stated because nobody should be asking you to do it. -- edit -- So now it appears that I was never signed up for the data services plan that I need to run all that fancy gadgetry. Every time I get in the car Im greeted with "Data Connection Module Activation Failed.... Contact your dealer". So 1 week in and already taking a day off to take it to the shop... have to remove a star. More
