The entire experience at Heartland Toyota was absolutely fantastic. The salesman that assisted me was Cristian Gibbs. Let me start out by saying that Mr. Gibbs went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this visit feel fantastic. The salesman that assisted me was Cristian Gibbs. Let me start out by saying that Mr. Gibbs went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this visit feel more like a friendly chat with an old buddy instead of a car buying experience. We chatted, laughed, and just so happened to look at a couple of cars at the same time. At the end of the day Cristian got me paired up with a car perfectly set up for my needs at a fantastic price. This man has a gift for customer service and making those that he is assisting feel comfortable. If Heartland Toyota had to put a person forward to be the face of their sales department, they could easily do so with Mr. Gibbs and rest easily knowing they made a good choice. After my sales experience I moved on to financing. And while the visit was relatively short I DO want to say that Mr. Magill not only got me the best rate he could. He met my desired monthly payment AND was able to present the care packages in such a way that I didn't feel coerced into anything. It was put in such a way that he was practically saying "Here, let me help you out, check these out and enjoy peace of mind." Fantastic on all accounts. Finally, Mr. Gardener. I spent almost NO time with him at all. However, he went out of his way to drive approximately 1/4 mile to grab me a second key for my newly purchased vehicle with speed and a smile. He was quick, courteous, and I am grateful for that. In all I will definitely be back in the future for my car purchasing needs. As well as all of my new car's care, thanks to Mr. Magill.
