I wanted to write and let you know how happy I was with my experience at Heartland Toyota. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Heartland Toyota, and in particular from Rabar Ali. The fi my experience at Heartland Toyota. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Heartland Toyota, and in particular from Rabar Ali. The first time was such a great experience that years later when looking to purchase another Prius, I called Heartland in the hopes that Rabar was still working there- and I was delighted to find out he was! We chatted about trading in our Camaro and he worked hard to get us the car we were looking for and a trade we could accept for the Camaro. We are happy with our purchase of another Prius, and Rabar was great to work with (again) and did everything possible to assure we were happy and satisfied, I will always recommend Heartland Toyota and Rabar to my friends and family when they are looking to purchase a car. More
**Update** No contact, no customer support. I called over and over just to get my license plate and a spare set of keys, we got sent to department after department, even got sent to kia at one point. I got told over and over a manager would call me back. Nothing! Then, after sending an email to the general manager, he called me the day after and said they called me "a few weeks ago" they did not (this was proven as when asked what number they called and it wasn't mine or my wife's!) They only gave me one key and fob on a certified 2017 Tundra, saying I would get another one, didn't happen until I went in and they wouldn't give me a fob, just a key! Almost $40,000 truck, come on! Bad experience from start till now from being pressured to buy an extended warranty on a certified truck and taking almost 4 hours after being told "it won't take long" and not being able to leave with a two year old (who eventually fell asleep on the floor) . Lied to about gas milage, but this is definitely not some kind of buyer's remorse as we still love this truck. So disappointed with these guys. I will be in touch with corporate. For paying almost $40,000 and being treated with what felt like no cared at all. Bottom line is We're good people, we didn't deserve to be treated so badly and definitely did not expect this Toyota. More
