Recently while having a routine oil change performed on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner, I was contacted by Heartland Toyota to see if I would be interested in their Vehicle Upgrade Program. While I was uncertain my 2016 Toyota 4Runner, I was contacted by Heartland Toyota to see if I would be interested in their Vehicle Upgrade Program. While I was uncertain about pursuing a new vehicle, I was very pleased with the conversations and service I received from Rabar Ali, Sales Upgrade Manager. Rabar was very informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when outlining the various possibilities and advantages I had on considering purchasing a newer vehicle. He was fair and low pressure as we discussed the finer details of the transaction and eventually we came to terms on upgrading to a 2021 Toyota 4Runner. The follow through and attention to detail through the rest of the proceedings was impeccable. Sarah in the finance department was very helpful and informative also. Since my purchase Rabar has gone out of his way to ensure my happiness with the vehicle and more than willing to answer all my questions. My experience in working with Rabar, Sarah, and Heartland Toyota on the purchase of a new vehicle through their Upgrade Program was very positive and I will continue to conduct my business with them in the future as well as recommend them to others. The buying process was great. I especially loved how I didn't feel pressured at all. The process took a little longer than I would have liked, but it is what it is.
