Car purchases typically leave me wanting to go to another planet to avoid dealerships. Our venture to the Heartland Toyota dealership was intended to be a drive by because of bad weather, As fate would have planet to avoid dealerships. She was fairly new there and had to work a bit to extract the information from us as to what we were looking for. The short of this is that she took us to a used car that met all of our needs and requirements at a decent price. From there on in it was a smooth (but lengthy) process that ultimately had us driving our "new" car home after all the necessary papers had been dealt with. Angel did a marvelous and professional job of setting us at ease and getting us to where we wanted to be. It turned out to be a pleasant enough trip that had us dealing with a short line of friendly and professional staff members. More
