We had a great experience. Toyota was running a good deal on 2020s at the end of the year. Although this dealership is a bit far from where we're located in downtown Seattle, they had the exact car we deal on 2020s at the end of the year. Although this dealership is a bit far from where we're located in downtown Seattle, they had the exact car we wanted, down to the color and options. I sent out an inquiry by email, and worked with Krystal at first via email. I asked about the "click 'n' drive" home delivery service, and she said that they could do that even where we were located. I then asked about the price, and the lease price she gave me was consistent with what I was expecting based on the current Toyota deals. After speaking with Krystal to charge the deposit on a credit card, I then worked with Sarina via text. Everything went really smoothly. A couple of days later, after doing a final phone call with Moshi, Sarina personally delivered the car to us, where we signed the final paperwork. I had never purchased a car sight unseen before. The dealership offers a 3 day return for any reason program, which allayed my concerns. We knew this was the car we wanted, and really the only reason I would need to do a test drive would be to confirm that there was not something really wrong with the car. The click 'n' drive no-haggle price was very nice. I'm tempted to buy all my cars in the future like this if I know what we want ahead of time. Everyone at the dealership was quite pleasant. I would have no qualms buying another car from the dealership generally and from Sarina specifically (and using the click 'n' drive program). More
