Rabar really made the experience pressure-free, and he seems like a genuinely nice person - not just a salesman. Jordan Carson was very helpful, informative and personable, taking the time to chat with my disabled husband who stayed behind at the dealership while I took a test drive. He answered all my husband's questions about hybrids and other types of cars Toyota - and some other car manufacturers - make. He and Rabar went out of their way to make sure the car was delivered to our house. Shawn helped us out by agreeing to deliver the car and pick up the cashier's check on delivery. My disabled husband needed to get home. This saved me over 2 hours in driving that I would spent going back and forth to Bremerton. All three of them seemed to think nothing of going the extra mile to help make buying the car an easy and pleasant experience. More
