I Love This Toyota Dealership This is the third car that I have bought from this dealership and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Caleb was an ace and knew the process inside and out. Additionally, Ellysa was smooth and efficient (and patient) in getting the finances squared away. I have had only positive results with this Toyota dealership, so much so that I take my other cars (not Toyota) there to have them serviced. Thanks for a great experience! More

License plate iissue from purchase of a trade-in. I bought a used truck; the truck is fine, purchase was smooth. Problem is that when the the previous owner traded it in to Heartland, Heartland didn I bought a used truck; the truck is fine, purchase was smooth. Problem is that when the the previous owner traded it in to Heartland, Heartland didn't dispose of the old license plates. Months after I bought the truck, I get a certified letter from DOL that my driver's license will be suspended - based on a hit and run with a vehicle bearing the previous owner's license plate. I've spent hours of frustration trying to get this resolved. More
