Unfortunate circumstances and a computer search brought me to Heartland Toyota in Bremerton Wa. Some 355 miles from my home town in Hayden Idaho. The inventory on Tundra Trucks in the west is in short supp me to Heartland Toyota in Bremerton Wa. Some 355 miles from my home town in Hayden Idaho. The inventory on Tundra Trucks in the west is in short supply so making my purchase locally was impossible. I found a Tundra Crewmax on line equipped perfect for my needs and tendered my interest. Within minutes a internet associate Trisha Glockner called me. Very comfortable to speak with and knowledgable in all the details of the Tundra I selected. She emailed me all the details to ponder. I called the following day at her suggestion and spoke with Ashley. With her help and knowledge we collectively arranged a very competitive purchase and secured the Truck with a credit card deposit. The Tundra was subsequently delivered to Heartland Toyota. Ashley notified me and with my Airfare secured she arranged for my Transportation from Seattle Airport to Bremerton. This is where I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rabar Ali sales Associate. He called me at 0700, one hour prior to my flight. He assured me he would be waiting for me at Seattle airport and gave me simple directions where he would be waiting. He even texted a selfie photograph of himself to better identify himself. I landed and within minutes Rabar and I were together. Bremerton is approx a one hour drive and to say I enjoyed his company, life experiences and knowledge of Toyotas would be underrated. He took care of every detail of my purchase. Hes a very remarkable person and valuable ambassador to Heartland Toyota which easily translates to Toyota on a national level. Hands down, he is without peer. The most comfortable and enjoyable car purchase I have ever experienced.
