Awesome and outstanding Alex and Jordan were outstanding in closing the sale. Everything went as planned. Too bad we had to wait over 6 months for delivery of the truck. Stopped to ask a question...drove away in a new RAV4 Hybrid Basically we only stopped to ask a question about the COSTCO auto program. Worked with Leo...who knew everything about the RAV4 and went with us on th Basically we only stopped to ask a question about the COSTCO auto program. Worked with Leo...who knew everything about the RAV4 and went with us on the test drive. Once it was clear that we might be interested, Leo did A LOT of work going back and forth between us and the Finance Manager...because we are penny-pinchers. After Leo made 5 or 6 trips back and forth, we were able to come to an agreement. To Leo's credit...we were ready to walk after the second round, so they should probably give him a raise. Without his help, we wouldn't have made the purchase. And he helped us with lots of stuff even after it was a done deal...stayed with us to the end...until we drove away. Orion in finance was so good...that if someone buys a car...they should just ask for Orion up front. This guy can explain everything regarding finances, find out if you have any other issues, get you some water, print forms, and do a few other things...but the interesting thing is that he does it all at the same time. It's sort of like watching a basketball game...only with finances. They need to give him a raise too. The only down side is that we live so far away from them, we have to service the new RAV4 locally, and won't get to see them much. Sad face...GREAT service. More
