I was T-boned by a semi earlier in the month and had to replaced my totaled car. I live in Portland and knew which car I wanted at Heartland. In a miscommunication between me and a phone rep, I drove to Bremerton, Richard let me test drive the car but due to not having the right paperwork I was unable to buy the car. In addition to the insurance company fighting me tooth and nail, driving to buy this car and being denied had me frustrated, angry and bitter. Richard reached out to me wanting to make things right. I brushed it off as a empty gesture but Richard wouldn't give up. He went far far far above and beyond to make it work and sell me the car, driving it all the way to Portland with his wife following up to drive him home. Richard easily could have moved onto the next customer and forgotten about me but he didn't, he went way way way over the top to provide excellent service and I will be buying cars from Richard as long as he is selling them. I can't say enough about Richard, he's restored my faith in humanity and as a fellow sales person I'm in awe of his commitment to the customer. Sarah was great too!!!! More

James Alameda has become a good friend of mine and he has personally sold me all 11 of those vehicles. I feel like I have been treated fairly whether it's been service, parts or sales. The atmosphere at Heartland Toyota is lighthearted and sometimes entertaining. The few minor difficulties over the years have been satisfied quickly by James without hesitation. Buying a car through James is an experience like no other and Im sure others feel exactly the same way. I'm certain James gets many reviews like this as he has a big FAMILY of people who will only buy a Toyota if he oversees the sale. James is family and he treats everyone like family. More
Jordan was very accommodating. I asked a lot of him and he came through on everything. Jordan was very professional and I highly recommend him. The rest of the staff was also great. Spectacular Dealership! Friendly & outstanding employees! Cannot even begin to explain how awesome James Alameda was when I was looking for a new vehicle. He really took the time to find what I was looking for, as well as took the time with which route financially would work best for me. James discussed with me that leasing could potentially be the best option, but I wasn't too sure about it. He broke it down step by step, explained it all to me in a way that I was able to easily understand. Steven, and james worked well together to get me in and out of there because I was in a bit of a rush, but Steven F. still took the time to explain to me exactly what I was signing and why, and James took the time to show me and explain everything in my new truck. He even had me drive around the parking lot so he could show me it all, and i mean ALL of it. I really liked this because I wasn't just jumping into a truck and had to figure it out myself. He took the time to show me it all because he didn't want me leaving the dealership being confused whatsoever. Also, i'd really like to point out how awesome, especially James, their customer service, or their friendliness is to customers as well as their coworkers. Sarah came in and put my plate on, and they were so easy to talk to and SO friendly and funny. I think that's super important because I will for sure remember these connections with these people and would absolutely bring my business back to them. Incredible people who work here! More

Recommend Heartland in a Heartbeat Purchasing a vehicle is a whirlwind of an emotions, but ours was as enjoyable of an experience as I've ever had thanks to the kind folks at Heartland. Purchasing a vehicle is a whirlwind of an emotions, but ours was as enjoyable of an experience as I've ever had thanks to the kind folks at Heartland. A breakdown of our '98 Dodge Pickup resulted us looking for a new Tundra, but we could not find a base SR5 in our area (Eastern Washington). When visiting our son in the Bremerton area, we decided to stop by and check them out, knowing they had a truck that fit our desires. Right out of the chute they had a prompt and reasonable price quoted to us within minutes of our request via the internet by Lora -- and that came at 9:40 p.m. at night! A little after midnight they replied with an appointment time the next day. That was response and service we never expected! We had done our pricing homework, so we knew we were getting a great price compared to another dealer we made an offer to previously. That made the experience at Heartland that much more comfortable for us. We didn't even ask for a better deal or go on a test drive . . . mostly because it was either do it or go without on our short trip to the area. We also really appreciated getting Caleb to work with at the dealership -- he was awesome! We talked and talked and talked like we had known each other forever. Same goes with Shawn in finance. It was indeed a pleasure to talk with such fine people from the Kitsap area. We're so pleased our son decided to live there. The only issue I had with the process was the fact we never received documentation and pricing information on the accessories (quoted at $1590). But an email to Lora was responded to promptly. It possibly was because that particular vehicle had recently come off the trailer (we bought it with 2 miles on the odometer) and they probably didn't have time to add it to the sticker. Regardless, we love our new truck and would go back to Heartland and recommend it to others in a heartbeat. Car buying is stressful and intimidating, but we were so happy this experience went as well as could be expected. More
