License plate iissue from purchase of a trade-in. I bought a used truck; the truck is fine, purchase was smooth. Problem is that when the the previous owner traded it in to Heartland, Heartland didn I bought a used truck; the truck is fine, purchase was smooth. Problem is that when the the previous owner traded it in to Heartland, Heartland didn't dispose of the old license plates. Months after I bought the truck, I get a certified letter from DOL that my driver's license will be suspended - based on a hit and run with a vehicle bearing the previous owner's license plate. I've spent hours of frustration trying to get this resolved. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE Since we bought 2 vehicles from James Alameda I get the opportunity to complete 2 surveys and don't want to miss the opportunity to make sure everyone Since we bought 2 vehicles from James Alameda I get the opportunity to complete 2 surveys and don't want to miss the opportunity to make sure everyone knows that if you want a car, go visit James. He worked with us long distance (we lived in Guam) for more than a month to find the vehicles we wanted and he had them ready within just a few days of our arrival. Alex made sure we had great deals so we didn't even need to negotiate (not even a little)!!! Orion took care of all of our paperwork and made the overall buying experience a lot of fun.
