(5 hours...but it's not the salesperson's fault; just the length of time to get to all the many, many forms that require a signature; and, there were six people ahead of us buying cars. But the finance person was very efficient and had a great system for keeping track of the paperwork and moving it along!!! The dealership was keeping with cleanliness guidelines. Spraying the fabric chairs and wiping down all surfaces. There were shield guards at every desk/counter. Love my new car. More

He wasn't too pushy; which is always my fear with any salesperson. I came prepared with a list of used cars from their online inventory and David was able to get a good feel for what we were looking for and make a few more suggestions. We ended up really liking one of our test drives and decided to make the purchase that day. We had an odd situation for financing and David and the finance team were able to work with us and get us approved at an amazing rate for the used car. Overall a good experience. More

I will always return to Heartland Toyota for any of my future car needs and wants. Richard (Mac) really looked out for me! From the moment I walked in the door, what I saw with him and the car options he gave me is what I got! He warned me of what to expect and not to fall in love with the car I test drove, in [case I couldn't get it. He helped me pick a good alternative to the corolla I came in to see that had actually been sold earlier in the day. He even went through hoops to help me avoid using my brother as a co-signer! He sympathized that I wanted to buy a new car all by myself. He made giving him documents that I needed to buy the car super easy! He also had a friendly sense of humor and made me feel like he thought my jokes were funny. On top of that I ended up with a vehicle I LOVE! The second day I drove it home I literally sat in it for an hour, enjoying it's features and setting the display and other features to my personalized preference. More
