Sarina Garcia was was very helpful and professional, respecting are request to test drive the car on our own. The dealership personnel were all wearing masks and everything was continuously being sanitized as far as we could tell. .Having bought new cars before we got the usual up sell for services we didn't want and got a decent trade value for our used trade-in, despite an early low ball offer. We feel we got a fairly good deal, the wife is happy with her new car and the car is fun drive as well. Thanks Sarina and Heartland Toyota !! More

False Advertising I spoke with Trey Weston, the internet sales representative, and authorized Costco representative, regarding their online advertising of 0% financing I spoke with Trey Weston, the internet sales representative, and authorized Costco representative, regarding their online advertising of 0% financing for 60 months on the Rav4 hybrid. He stated that was an accurate advertisement. I drove from Port Angeles, almost 1.5 hours, with every intention to purchase a new Rav4. When I arrived, I was told that it was a mistake in the advertising, and the financing is really 1.9% for that vehicle. Shouldn't the internet sales representative know what interest rates are? I was lied to over the phone by Trey Weston to get me to their facility. How can I trust making a purchase from them? I was 'warned' by some about the Heartland Toyota tactics used, but I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I left the Heartland Toyota, and went to another Toyota dealer and purchased a Rav4 hybrid. I just wanted to make readers aware that there are some dishonest, unethical practices taking place with some employees there. Trey Weston is directly responsible for losing a sale at Heartland Toyota. More
