Rabar showed me the tacoma's that matched what I was looking for, took one for a test drive, and showed me pricing options. I wanted to check out other manufactures offerings, and, unlike what I expected (and what I encountered at other dealerships the same day), Rabar was kind enough to help me see which dealers had what I was looking for, and saw me off to check out the competition. Needless to say my experience with them and their products brought me right back to Heartland to buy the Tacoma I had taken for a drive. The purchasing process was smooth, and while the team did offer me products and options that I wasn't interested in, they never pushed or tried to get me to opt in to anything I didn't want! The team was also extremely patient and respectful as I double checked my coverage and financing options along the way. At the end of the day I drove off the lot in the vehicle I wanted, at a price that can't be beat, happy as can be. Heartland gained a loyal customer today, and I hope they continue to do business the way they do. The wold of car buying could always use a little less upselling and a little more heart! More

Rabar redefines customer service! My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new vehicle for our expanding family. With COVID-19 we were anticipating a difficult buying process. Initi My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new vehicle for our expanding family. With COVID-19 we were anticipating a difficult buying process. Initially, it was difficult to get a hold of anyone at any dealership we reached out to, but eventually we got through that and were put in touch with Rabar. Rabar was great! We knew what we wanted and already had a rough deal in place by the time we got to talk to Rabar, but he went above and beyond. My wife is high risk and I work in critical infrastructure, so despite the dealerships being open for in-house appointments again, so we were curious how to proceed. We had asked for some pictures of the vehicle but Rabar actually drove the vehicle out to our house at 7pm on a week night to come and show us the vehicle and allow us to take it for a test drive. He gave us his cell phone number and told us to make sure we contact him directly if we have any concerns or difficulties during the process. He came wearing gloves and a mask, and had plastic wrapped the seats and steering wheel to help us feel comfortable with sanitation. When he returned to the dealership that evening, we put a deposit on the vehicle and agreed to come in to purchase the next day. Not realizing it was Mother's day. Despite that, Rabar was there bright and early, an hour before the other employees at the dealership, getting things ready and in order. After we took care of all of the paperwork and he made my family comfortable while they waited for the signing of everything, he saw that our other car was looking a little dirty from sitting the last month or so during quarantine, and he had us follow him over to the wash bay and cleaned our vehicle up while we waited! Wow! Rabar really really blew our minds with his commitment to our comfort and buying experience. He's an extremely hard worker and deserves every great thing coming to him. I will be recommending him to all of my friends that are looking for a new vehicle. More
