I have really liked your dealership as this is the third car that I have purchased from heartland. But I absolutely hate the salesman-manager game. Dan Pacut did not play that game. I do not like to be held hostage with the car insurance person. She was lovely but that service should be totally optional. The process of buying a car needs to be paired down time wise. It took twice as much time as I think it should have. More
