Great people! Great experience! We needed to get a car quickly because our old one hit a deer(My granddaughter still wants to know why Gramma hit the deer!). We had not done any research on what we wanted, and when we went to Heartland we were very indecisive--probably a salesperson's worst type of customer. Wesley Cox greeted us and took a long time helping us. He was patient and took the time to drive us all around Heartland's various lots, and let us test drive and sit and compare to our heart's content; all with a smile and a great attitude. Then Sarah, the finance coordinator, helped us through the loan process with a laugh and a smile and made that part of the purchase pleasant. And there was a great collection of cars to choose from. It was an absolutely no pressure, no hassle experience. We went home happy and would heartily recommend this dealership to anyone! More

No Hassle used car purchase experience I came into the dealership on a Saturday night looking for a used car. Wesley Cox was the sales associate. I explained to him what I was looking for a I came into the dealership on a Saturday night looking for a used car. Wesley Cox was the sales associate. I explained to him what I was looking for and a ball park amount on what I wanted to spend. He showed me a few possibilities, even took one for a drive, but none that I felt was the one for me. Wesley was kind, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. What he was not, was a pushy sales person that wanted me to make a decision then and there. He offered me that I come back the next day and that he believed he may have something for me. I did come back on Sunday, and sure as it rains in Washington, he had a 2008 Toyota 4Runner that looked like new and in a price range I could handle. All the other associates that helped with the sale were outstanding. I couldn't ask for a better car purchasing experience. One other thing was that one of the vehicle FOB's had a bad battery. They quickly located and stopped the parts associate before leaving to home and got him to replace the battery. He was more that happy to do it. I apologize for not knowing the names of the other Associates that helped in the process, but I thank you for your politeness and how you handled your job. More
