No pressure tactics, it was all good. We concluded the test drive and negotiation portion of my visit in under an hour. Great, I thought, now I can meet with the financial people, sign the papers and be out of there in, oh, say another 45 minutes to an hour. Haha. Not so. I sat around waiting for them to deign to meet with me for over two hours. No, there weren't any people ahead of me that I could see. It just felt like the usual, unnecessary, crass dealer behavior that I certainly wasn't expecting from a dealer like Heartland. My previous buying experiences were with Toyota of Seattle, and they were both expedited quickly with no delays. That left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Hence the four stars on the dealership and the Customer Service question. I hesitated before assigning that rating since both Richard and the financial person I eventually met with were both first-rate, but the dealership needs to work on that. More
