4th car in 13 years! This was my fourth vehicle purchase with Heartland in the past 13 years and it was honestly one of the easiest. Our salesperson, Sarina, was fantastic This was my fourth vehicle purchase with Heartland in the past 13 years and it was honestly one of the easiest. Our salesperson, Sarina, was fantastic. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and made my wife and I both very comfortable throughout the process. Sarina went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle and brought in from out of state in only two days! There was a hiccup with the out of state dealer and she kept us informed while she and her team worked to overcome the issue created by the other dealership. THANKS AGAIN SARINA! you were wonderful!!! Shawn in finance was great as well and even though it was late and no doubt had been a long day, he worked through everything with us like we were his only customer of the day. Thanks Shawn! More

He found me the PERFECT vehicle, by listening closely to what I was looking for, and I got everything I needed, wanted and MORE. He was WONDERFUL interacting with my special needs son, who joined us in this car buying adventure! He kept us 100% in the loop on every part of the process. He was SO incredibly friendly. SO excited WITH us when he showed me the perfect vehicle and exuded happiness when he saw my face the first time I saw what he found! He was so professional, but not unwarm, short or rushed. This was my first time buying a “new” Used car, and he made it effortless, completely. I went into this experience with a large amount of anxiety, and that all went away from the very beginning of the process. We walked into the dealership last Friday, only with the expectation of looking at potential vehicles, never expecting Caleb would find me a dream for a car! 10/10, I will send every single person I know, in the market, to Him. Thank you again SO so very much, for everything, Caleb. You were a dream to work with, and you found my family and I just the most perfect car for us! Would also like to recommend and give thanks to Alyssa Wolf as well. If it weren’t for her, we wouldn’t have even stared off with Caleb. Alyssa worked with us on the appraisal of my older vehicle, she spent time talking to and loving on my son. She offered coffee, came by as often as possible to check on us and see if we needed anything, and cried and celebrated with us even we finally found and got the perfect car! If there is one thing I despise in this world it is people who lie to me. I called Heartland this morning and was connected to Riley. I asked if a used car was available and after “checking” was told people who lie to me. I called Heartland this morning and was connected to Riley. I asked if a used car was available and after “checking” was told it was but she sounded unsure. I was also a little skeptical as my wife had stop by the day before to look at it and was told someone was in the process of purchasing it. It was still on their webpage this morning so it prompted my call to see if it still was available. I called Riley about 30 minutes after my first phone call to verify it was there and what lot it was on. I gave a 10-15 minute ETA and she said it will be out front of the Toyota dealer. We arrived, there was a brand new 2019 in the same model and color parked upfront but not the car I came to look at. After meeting inside I was told it was being brought around. I went to talk with my wife and a sales person said it will be a minute. He asked if I had a few minutes to check out another. I said I did not have a lot of time and asked where was the car I came to look at. I was then told it was on test drive but they another I could look at. I was lied to. They will use any tactic to get you in there. More
